Write Replies That Add to the Conversation

Good social media replies are small pieces of communication with real consequences. A reliable process keeps them timely without making them empty.

Read for the open loop

A strong reply responds to what was actually said and adds one useful idea, question or example. Look for the part of the post that invites another perspective instead of summarising the whole thing.

Make one contribution

A reply does not need to become an essay. Choose one observation and make it specific enough that the author can answer or build on it.

Edit the generated draft

Treat an AI draft as a starting point. Remove generic praise, add the detail only you know and publish only when the words fit the conversation.
